Customer Service Rep East Grand Forks, MN

We are looking for a reliable, personable, and self-motivated Customer Service Rep to join our team in East Grand Forks, MN.

About the Role

This is a key support position in a dynamic office environment. You will work directly with clients, handle daily office operations, and assist with insurance-related services. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys helping people, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements:

• Willingness to obtain an Insurance License (we will support and sponsor the right candidate through licensing)
• Strong customer service skills with high emotional intelligence – ability to listen, empathize, and build trust with clients
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Self-starter who can work independently, manage priorities, and take initiative without constant direction
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and willingness to learn industry-specific software
• Strong sense of integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Farm or agricultural background is highly preferred – understanding of rural life, farming operations, and the needs of ag producers is a big advantage

• Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience
• Familiarity with insurance (any type) is a plus, but not required
