Alexis joined the Heritage team in 2022 as a servicing agent and is responsible for servicing client accounts in Mandan, ND. She has worked in the insurance industry since 2019. She grew up in Bismarck, ND. Outside of work she enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family.

Allen Honek started working as an Agent for Heritage in 2016. He spends most of his time working with farm and crop insurance, but handles all lines of insurance. He is originally from East Grand Forks, MN where he grew up on a family farm. Before working for Heritage, he served 11 years in the United States Marine Corps. Allen graduated from Concordia College with a degree in Business Finance. He and his wife Ellen have two children, Stella and Henrik, reside in Grand Forks, ND. They spend their free time with sports, community involvement, hunting and fishing.

Becky has been the President of Heritage Insurance since 2009 and oversees all operations involved in managing the agency. Prior to this, she worked as a life insurance/disability underwriter and as a principle at a securities firm. She also served as a compliance officer for a marketing firm overseeing the Dakotas and Minnesota.

Becky graduated from the University of Montana before moving to Fargo. She and her husband Tyler have three children, Taylor, Caitlyn, and Addison. Becky loves spending time at the lake, skiing in the mountains, and cheering on her daughters and their gymnastics, swimming, and dance events.

Bill started working for Heritage in 2013 as an Agent and is responsible for generating sales and servicing current clients in the Oakes, ND area. He has been working in the insurance industry since 1997.

He graduated from Moorhead State University, Summa Cum Laude in 1993 and then returned to Oakes where he is originally from. He and his wife Tara have six children together and love sports, outdoor activities and small town life.

Brett works in our Minot & Hazen offices as an Agent and is responsible for generating new sales and managing client accounts.  Prior to working at Heritage, he worked in the agronomy and agriculture sales industry. Brett grew up on a farm in Des Lacs, ND.  He enjoys hunting, fishing and being involved with show cattle across the state and nation.

Brigette started working for Heritage Insurance in 2014 as a Crop Specialist and is responsible for managing the agency’s crop accounts.  She has over 25 years of experience in the industry and was previously an Underwriting Manager at an AIP (Approved Insurance Producer).

A native of Red Lake Falls, she graduated from Minnesota State University – Moorhead with a degree in Business Administration.  Brigette is married and has two grown children.  They enjoy sports and outdoor activities.

Brittany joined the Heritage team in November of 2019 as a Customer Service Representative and is responsible for various customer service duties in the Minot, ND office. Prior to this role, Brittany held a position as an Administrative Assistant for a local business. A native to Swartz Creek, Michigan, she attended Mott Community College and now resides in Minot. Outside of work Brittany enjoys spending time with her 2 kids and vacationing back to her hometown.

Bruce joined the Heritage Insurance team in December of 2013 and is a sales agent in the Minot and Butte offices. He spends most of his time working with farm and crop Insurance, but handles all lines of insurance. Bruce has been working in the insurance industry since 2002, and prior to that spent 11 years in the Ag Chemical business.

He graduated from North Dakota State University in 1991. He and his wife Diana have three children and enjoy spending time at the lake, traveling, and discovering good places to eat.

Denise joined the Heritage team in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative in the Oakes office, and has since taken on the roll of Agency Manager. She is responsible for various day to day operations of the office including managing client accounts and handling claims. She has been working in the insurance industry since 2009.

A native of Stirum, ND, Denise graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Facility Management. Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending time with her family.

Erin joined the Heritage team in January of 2021 as a CSR. Prior to this role, she worked as an administrative assistant for 12 years.

She loves to travel, hang out with friends & family and tries to spend as much time as she can by the water in the summer.

Jason started working for Heritage Insurance in February 2020 as a Crop Specialist and is responsible for managing the agency’s crop accounts.  He has 24 years of experience in the industry and was previously an Underwriting Manager at an AIP (Approved Insurance Producer). Jason is originally from Binford, ND where he grew up on a family farm.  Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time at the family farm, golfing and watching sports.

Jenny joined the Heritage team in January of 2016 as a Customer Service Representative and is responsible for various day to day operations for the office in Butte, ND. Prior to this role, Jenny held positions as a dental assistant, school librarian, and para educator for special education.

Jenny and her husband Chad have 2 sons, Tyler and Michael, and have lived in North Dakota since 2010 after relocating from Texas. 

Jess Stroh joined the Heritage Team January 2023 as a Customer Service Representative. When she is not working in the office, she tries to keep up with her 2 children and getting them to one of their extra-curricular activities. In her down time you can find Jess in a hammock with a good book.

Jessica began working for Heritage in 2013. As a Customer Service Representative, she is responsible for all aspects involved with managing client accounts in the Jamestown office. She has been working in the insurance industry since 2009 and prior to that held a position as a paralegal at an attorney’s office.

She attended Williston State College and Bismarck State College specializing in criminal justice. She is originally from Jamestown and enjoys traveling, going to racing events, hunting, and camping.

Jimmy joined Heritage Insurance Services in 2013 as producing agent for Southwest North Dakota. Prior to this, Jimmy owned and operated a small agency in Western North Dakota for 6 years and then became a Crop Insurance Specialist for another 7 years. Jimmy received his AFIS – Agribusiness & Farm Insurance Specialist designation in 2009.

Katie joined the Heritage team in 2016 as a Customer Service Representative and is responsible for various day to day operations in the office including servicing accounts and filing claims. Prior to this role, Katie worked in the banking industry for 5 years.

A native of LaMoure, she graduated from North Dakota State College of Science in 2010 with a degree in Office Administration. Katie loves to travel with her husband Greg, eat good food, shopping & spending time at the lake.

Lance joined the Heritage team in 2022 as a sales agent and is responsible for generating new sales and servicing client accounts in Wahpeton and Southeast, ND.  Lance works out of the Forman location. Prior to this, he worked for 12 years in the funeral industry. A native of Oakes, ND, he attended North Dakota State University and later graduated from Des Moines Area Community College in Des Moines, IA.  Outside of work, Lance enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, spending time at the lake, and reffing football and wrestling

Laurie joined the Heritage team in November, 2022 as a CSR in the Wishek branch.  Laurie has over 30 years of experience in the administration field. She lives on a small farm between Napoleon, ND and Wishek, ND with her husband and her 2 dogs, Ruger (black lab) and Oliver (golden retriever).  When not at work, she enjoys baking, crocheting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Leslie started working for Heritage in June of 2023. She will be working on information technology for the agency.  Leslie came to Heritage after many years as a foreign language teacher and technology integrationist. Leslie has a bachelor’s degree in Education from VCSU and received her Masters in Educational Leadership from NDSU.  Leslie and her husband Brian live in Oakes.  They have four children and enjoy spending family time at the lake.

Lila Raile joined the Heritage team in 2020 as an Agent licensed in ND, SD, and MN, in Property, Casualty, Life and Health.

Along with her husband Lloyd, they have owned and operated Raile Insurance in Wishek, ND, for the past 37 1/2 years, a Property and Casualty agency purchased from Lloyd’s grandpa in 1982. Raile’s are also grain farmers in McIntosh and Logan County, and have 4 adult children and 5 grandchildren.

A native of Wishek, ND, Lila graduated from Wishek Public School with honors. Lila enjoys reading and getting together with her kids and grand kids.

Luke spent 10 years in the precision ag and remote sensing industry prior to being involved with crop insurance.  During that time he worked for crop insurance AIP’s as a claims adjuster and Claims Supervisor.  Luke is an agent working in the Hillsboro office. Luke grew up on a family farm near Maddock ND.  He lives in Casselton, ND with his wife Kristin and three children: Hayden, Owen & Hendrix. Outside of work they enjoy camping, exploring the great outdoors and playing golf when he gets the chance.

Mariann started working for the Agency in 1988 as a Crop Specialist and is responsible for managing the agency’s MPCI and crop hail accounts.

She is originally from Arthur, ND and graduated from NDSCS in Wahpeton with an Associate’s degree. She and her husband Scott have two grown children and four grandchildren. Mariann enjoys spending time in her garden and traveling.

Mark began working for Heritage Insurance in 2017 as a Sales Agent and is based out of our Maddock office. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from NDSU and has over 12 years of experience working as a crop adjuster, claims supervisor, and marketing representative for different crop insurance AIPs.

Mark is originally from Oberon, North Dakota where he grew up on a family farm. He and his wife Tessa have two young boys, Mason and Miles. Outside of work Mark enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and hunting.

Micki joined the Heritage team in 2021 as an account manager. She is responsible for all aspects involved with managing client accounts in the Fargo office. Micki is originally from Flom, MN & currently resides in Fargo, ND. She graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, and takes joy in spending time with her husband Jeremy & their GSP Riggs.

Nicole joined the Heritage team in 2020 as an Account Manager in our Wishek location. She has worked in the insurance industry for two years and prior to that held a position as a Clinic Manager for 5 years. Nicole is originally from Kimball, NE, and moved to North Dakota in 2018.  She is married and has two daughters.  She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Rob received his degree in Atmospheric Science from the State University of New York in Albany. He was born and raised in in Connecticut before moving to the Fargo-Moorhead area in 2000. Before working at Heritage Insurance, he worked at WDAY for 10 years and KVRR for 9 years. Rob will oversee Long-Range Forecasting and will be producing a weekly video to go along with it. On the side he also runs a group that trains individuals for upcoming marathons. He loves camping and hiking, as well as cooking, coffee, and the Red Sox. He has been married for 29 years and has one son and loves to brag about him being a rocket scientist. Fun Fact: Before becoming a meteorologist, he owned and operated a coffee service.

Scott joined the Heritage team in 2015 as an Agent and is responsible for generating new sales and servicing current client accounts in the Minot and Butte offices.  Prior to starting a career in insurance, Scott worked in the convenience store industry for 27 years, holding positions as a District Manager and VP of Procurement/Marketing.

Scott is originally from Minot and he and his wife have one son.  They enjoy summers at the lake, winters at the ice rink, and cheering on the UND Hockey team.

Shantel joined the Heritage team in 2016 as a Customer Service Representative and is responsible for various day to day operations in the Hebron and Hazen offices including servicing personal, farm and commercial accounts. Prior to this role, Shantel was working as a Farm and Commercial lines customer service representative and agent for 5 years.

A native of Hebron, she attended Bismarck State College and now resides in Glen Ullin. Outside of work Shantel enjoys spending time at Lake Tschida with her family and cheering on her two kids at motocross races.

Stephanie joined the Heritage team in the summer of 2020 as an Account Manager. Prior to working at Heritage, she was a grain merchandiser for 7 years and before that, an insurance agent for 2 years. A native of Perham, Minnesota, Stephanie spends most summer weekends in Minnesota at the lake with her 2 kids and their dog. She has lived abroad and enjoys traveling and learning the history behind the places she travels. Stephanie also loves watching/playing sports along with coaching youth softball. She’s a die-hard fan of all Minnesota sports, but mainly the Twins!

Taizalee joined the Heritage Team in June of 2022 as a servicing agent and is responsible for generating sales and servicing current clients in the Hebron, ND area. She grew up on her family’s farm and ranch in Hebron, ND. After graduating from Hebron High School, she attended Bismarck State College and graduated with an associate degree in Agribusiness Management. She now resides in Hebron. Outside of work Taizalee enjoys working on her family’s operation and spending time with friends and family.

Trent joined Heritage Insurance in 2016, bringing with him a deep-rooted connection to Valley City, where he was born and raised. With a steadfast commitment to his community, Trent considers Valley City his lifelong home and holds a genuine affection for the area.

Trent finds immense fulfillment in his role within the insurance industry, embracing every aspect of his job with enthusiasm. His natural talent lies in building relationships and crafting tailored plans that meet the unique needs of his clients. Trent’s dedication to providing excellent service is evident in his approach to making meaningful connections and delivering reliable insurance solutions.

Outside of work, Trent enjoys the simple pleasures of life. He treasures spending quality time with his two dogs, David & Goliath, and embraces the opportunity to share moments with friends and family, engaging in whatever activities the day may bring. His commitment to community, coupled with his passion for building relationships and enjoying life’s simple joys, defines Trent’s character both personally and professionally at Heritage Insurance.

Tyler has been the owner of Heritage Insurance since 2009 and not only manages the selling staff for all branches but also serves as an Agent working out of the Fargo office. He is a third generation insurance agent and comes from a family that has been involved in the crop and life insurance industries since the 1960’s. Tyler previously worked for an AIP (approved insurance producer) in the crop insurance sector and gained experience in hail, claims and underwriting. This has given him unique knowledge of both company and agency operations.
