Heritage Insurance Online allows you access to your insurance information from a mobile device, computer or tablet. With our online client portal, you gain access to many different types of information, including:

  • Auto IDs
  • Claims reporting and status
  • Access to make payments
  • Policy information
  • Request forms to change or modify account information

If you haven't created a login yet, create one today! Here's how:

  • Click the Create An Account button below or go to this link
  • Click the Create an Account link
  • Fill out the information requested. Here are a few things that you will need:
    • Policy number field
    • Expiration Date
    • Phone number for matching account
  • Or simply call our office and we can create a login for you

Once you have create a login, you can begin using the portal. To use the portal on a mobile device you will want to download our app called Heritage Insurance Online.
