Key Responsibilities
- Act as an insurance agent focusing on farm and crop insurance while also selling property, casualty, commercial lines, life, and other insurance products.
- Grow and maintain your business through product sales, cross-sales, referrals, your circle of influence, and renewals.
- Provide post-sale customer service and resolve escalated service issues.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about available risk management tools.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Possess or be willing to obtain insurance license.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Farm/Agribusiness background preferred
