Important Date

Even though the deadline to report acres to the office was July 15th, we are still processing all the data to get approved schedules mailed out to insureds.

If you have received your binder in the mail or delivered to you, you will notice that it contains your hail billing, schedules of insurance, maps & 578’s, along with your fall production form.

If you want to take advantage of the cash hail discount (ND 5%, MN/SD 3%), your payment needs to be received by the company no later than AUGUST 15TH. If you wish to pay online, the instructions to do so are included in your binder, as well as a mailing address if you choose that route. If you have not received your binder in the mail and wish to take advantage of the discount, please contact your agent or the office no later than August 10th.

In-Season increases of hail insurance are accepted on acres not previously damaged by hail and subject to a 2-hour binding window before the event.
