Agency Manager
Denise joined the Heritage team in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative in the Oakes office, and has since taken on the role of Agency Manager. She is responsible for various day to day operations of the office including managing client accounts and handling claims. She has been working in the insurance industry since 2009.
A native of Stirum, ND, Denise graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Facility Management. Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending time with her family.
