Sales Agent 

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as an outside insurance agent writing property, casualty, commercial lines, life, and other insurance products.
  • Grow and maintain your business through product sales, cross-sales, referrals, your circle of influence, and renewals.
  • Provide post-sale customer service and resolve escalated service issues.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong desire to work independently.
  • Possess or be willing to obtain state property and casualty insurance license prior to start date.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Customer Service Rep

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Solid oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Ability to explain product features and service advantages to existing and potential customers.
  • Ability to navigate through our agency management system and multiple other computer applications

Qualifications:

If you think you are right for this role, you will need to be able to:

  • Obtain and maintain a State Property & Casualty insurance sales license within 60 days from the start of licensing coursework. 
  • We will provide training and pay for the licensing exam your first time
