First Community Credit Union purchased a small agency which was located on the second floor of the First Community Credit Union building, in December of 1984. The management team at the Credit Union wanted to offer their existing members superior service not only in banking but insurance as well. They hired Donna Weatherly, who was a seasoned veteran of the insurance world already, to manage the insurance agency.   Under her direction the agency expanded into other markets that FCCU was in. They added Oakes, Valley City, Edgeley, and several outside agents. Heritage has exceptional agents and exceptional staff.  Together with First Community Credit Union we look forward to serving you for the next 25 years.
